Drip N Drop LLC Terms and Conditions

Our Service Contract will include the following standards for our services:

• Price is fixed at given dumpster Size/Tonnage, sales tax and credit card fees will be applied at checkout
• 200 pounds (.1 Ton) Grace Weight on agreed Tonnage
• Fixed $85 Overage Fee/Ton this will not Pro Rated; or pay $40 @ checkout to ensure no overage surprises. Supporting evidence will be provided upon invoice. 
• $200 Dry Run Fee if delivery is unsuccessful, so when a driver calls, answer!
• $200 Overload Fee (Greater than 5 Tons); another 2 Ton will be delivered at Customers expense for disbursement of overload. It's a safety thing y'all!
• Hazardous materials if discovered will incur a $200 Dry Run Fee, and the Dumpster will be left on site until Customer removes Hazardous Materials from Dumpster. $15 per day charges will begin accruing the day after discovery until equipment is removed from the location. 
• If hazardous materials are not discovered and we are fined at disposal site for their existence, we will be issuing reimbursement for penalties. These can get expensive, so don't take a gamble. Supporting evidence will be provided upon invoice.
