Terms and Conditions

Please fill out an inquiry form below if you would like to see our Service Contract before making payment. Dumpsters are rented on a first come first serve basis. 


Drip N Drop LLC Service Terms and Conditions


Our Service Contract will include the following standards for our Services:


 Equipment Size, Tonnage, and Rental Period

  • State/Local Sales Tax (8.25%) and credit card fees will be applied at checkout; Wire/Check/Cash will not have CC Fees
  • 200 pounds (.1 Ton) Grace Weight on agreed Tonnage
  • $85.00/Ton after Disposal if you are over agreed tonnage, this is a fixed price and will not be pro-rated, supporting evidence will be provided upon invoice if overage incurred. 
  • $7.00/day for extra days
  • Mattresses, Box Springs, Sofas, Recliners will incur an extra charge of 35$/Item. Go donate those to someone who can use them!

Delivery Standards

  • $200 Dry Run Fee if delivery is unsuccessful due to access constraints.
  • $200 Overload Fee (Greater than 5.00 Tons); another 2 Ton will be delivered at Customers expense for disbursement of overload. It's a safety thing, call us when you're full.

Hazardous Materials

  • Hazardous Materials if discovered will incur a $200 Dry Run Fee, and the Dumpster will be left on site until Customer removes Hazardous Materials from Dumpster. $7.00 per day charges will begin accruing the day after discovery until equipment is removed from the location. 
  • If Hazardous Materials are not discovered and we are fined at disposal site for their existence, we will be issuing reimbursement for penalties. These can get expensive, so don't take a gamble. Supporting evidence will be provided upon invoice.

Cancellation and Refund Policy


Cancellation and Refund:


  • Terms of Cancellation: $25 Cancellation Fee if cancellation made before 3pm the day before rental, $150 if thereafter that day. If you need to reschedule, please do so promptly to avoid any cancellations. 
  • Process of refund: Refund of the charge will be made excluding the Cancellation Fee.
