Drip N Drop LLC Service Terms and Conditions
Our Service Contract will include the following standards for our Services:
Equipment Size, Tonnage, and Rental Period
- State/Local Sales Tax (8.25%) and credit card fees will be applied at checkout; Wire/Check/Cash will not have CC Fees
- 200 pounds (.1 Ton) Grace Weight on agreed Tonnage
- $85.00/Ton after Disposal if you are over agreed tonnage, this is a fixed price and will not be pro-rated, supporting evidence will be provided upon invoice if overage incurred.
- $7.00/day for extra days
- Mattresses, Box Springs, Sofas, Recliners will incur an extra charge of 35$/Item. Go donate those to someone who can use them!
Delivery Standards
- $200 Dry Run Fee if delivery is unsuccessful due to access constraints.
- $200 Overload Fee (Greater than 5.00 Tons); another 2 Ton will be delivered at Customers expense for disbursement of overload. It's a safety thing, call us when you're full.
Hazardous Materials
- Hazardous Materials if discovered will incur a $200 Dry Run Fee, and the Dumpster will be left on site until Customer removes Hazardous Materials from Dumpster. $15.00 per day charges will begin accruing the day after discovery until equipment is removed from the location.
- If Hazardous Materials are not discovered and we are fined at disposal site for their existence, we will be issuing reimbursement for penalties. These can get expensive, so don't take a gamble. Supporting evidence will be provided upon invoice.
